If your selling your house, make sure you are available to potential buyers. If you don’t make yourself available for showings, your potential buyers may move on to something else. You have a lot of competition in this market! If seeing your home is too much of a hassle, nobody is going to bother with it!

Studies show, the first two weeks are really the most crucial in the successful sale of a home. When your home is first introduced to the market, you should be flooded with potential buyers wanting to see your home. If this is not the case, you may want to consider adjusting your price. Offering an incentive to buyer’s agents in search of a new home for their clients could be a great way to sell your home.  While it will cost you some money, it will open your home up to a whole new world of potential buyers.  It could also save you a lot of time and work.
